MAPI Return Policy:

Customers are entitled to a full refund on the purchase price of any item they order, providing the following criteria are met:

1. Item is returned in its original condition: unopened, seal not broken and item not damaged.*^,**
2. Call 1-800-255-8332 to receive a return authorization number (non-authorized returns are subject to refusal). We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Central Time.
3. Return is postmarked within 30 days of order date.
4. Reimbursements on shipping costs will apply only if the return is a result of our error.

* If a customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for credit as long as conditions except 1 are satisfied.

** Please pack any return carefully with lots of packing material to prevent breakage. MAPI will refund only if returned items are undamaged.
