Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) oil, Sesamum indicum (sesame) seed oil, Citrus medica limonum (lemon) oil, Coriandrum sativum (coriander) oil, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) root extract, Citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) oil, Teramnus labialis (blue wiss) whole plant extract, Pluchea lanceolata (pluchea) leaf extract, Hemidesmus indicus root extract, Nelumbo nucifera (sacred lotus) flower extract, Sida cordifolia (heart-leaf sida) root extract, Boerhavia diffusa (boerhavia) root extract, Santalum album (sandalwood) heartwood extract, Cyperus scariosus (cyperus) tuberous root extract, Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom) fruit extract, Prunus cerasoides (Taiwan cherry) heartwood extract.
Place the bottle in hot water until warm. Shake well. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, nail beds, and legs. Massage daily. Wash off in a warm shower or bath. Consider an evening massage before bed for a deeper quality of sleep.
This blend can also be used for the morning self-massage; we recommend diluting it 50-50 with a base oil such as our Organic Sesame Oil or with organic almond oil.
