• Organic sesame oil is especially useful for moisturizing the dry, cold qualities of Vata dosha present during the fall and winter months, and has antioxidant properties.
• Organic bala (heart-leaf sida) promotes sinus comfort, and is generally renowned for its balancing effect on the entire physiology.
The dry, cold conditions of fall and winter can occasionally dry out our nasal passages. Adding herbalized oil to the nasal cavity—an ancient Ayurvedic practice called Nasya—moisturizes and nourishes the sinuses for comfort, while helping protect against dry air.
Clear & Soothe Nasal Spray is crafted with care from organic sesame oil and organic, responsibly sourced bala (heart-leaf sida). The herbs are gathered from pristine, unpolluted areas and grown without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or exposure to environmental pollutants. Once gathered, the herbs are sorted and tested to ensure each batch is of the utmost quality. The ingredients are processed so as to not destroy the natural properties of the herbs (no high heat is used during grinding).

I started using this product this year when the weather started to change and my sinuses were getting really dry. When this happens, I have a lot of headaches and burning in my sinuses. I've started using this oil regularly and do feel that it's made a difference. Although the application is comfortable, I sometimes feel a little bit of the oil dripping down the back of my throat, which took some getting used it. However, my sinus pain has improved significantly since starting to use this, so I'd say getting used to the feeling of the oil is worth the benefits. I didn't notice how big of a difference it made until I stopped using it for a couple of days and the sinus pain came back. It really does work for me.

My sinuses are constantly dry and this helps tremendously. I also appreciate the easy applicator. Perhaps MAPI could offer refill bottles to reduce waste? (I use a lot!
