Cardamom (fruit), Ginger (rhizome), Chebulic myrobalan/haritaki (whole fruit without seeds), Solanum anguivi (root), Chirata (whole plant), Cumin (fruit), Star anise (fruit), Deodar cedar (heartwood), Camphor, Garden cress (seed), Nutmeg (seed kernel), Elaeocarpus ganitrus (seed), Cumin (fruit) extract, Cabbage rose (flower) extract. Other ingredients: Gum acacia, Talcum.
Take two tablets twice a day, as an addition to the daily diet.
