Ginger and fennel have long been used as digestive spices in Ayurvedic cooking and formulas. In this herbal blend, we’ve combined ginger and fennel with senna and haritaki (chebulic myrobalan) to offer you a bowel tonic that:
• Helps with occasional constipation and gas
• Has laxative properties
• Promotes healthy digestion and appetite
• Helps with occasional indigestion and stomach acidity
Chebulic myrobalan/haritaki (fruit), Fennel (fruit), Ginger (rhizome), Rock salt, Senna (leaf), Cowrie. Other ingredients: Gum acacia, Organic corn starch, Rice extract.
Take 2 tablets at bedtime with water.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
