How to use

Hi, I am 42 yrs old and have chondromalacia patella in both knees. Can I Take Calcium Support With Osteo relief with dinner? and 1 glass of skim milk 30 mins before sleep? Also, Is that okay to have two Amla pills in the morning breakfast? Please let me know. Thanks
