Apply Rejuvenation Massage Oil to your lower arms, hands, lower legs and feet before bed to support deep sleep. Pay special attention to the nail-beds of your hands and feet. Suggested Use: Place bottle in hot water to warm oil. Shake well. Massage up and down over the long bones, and in a circular motion over the joints. Give extra attention to the feet, hands, and legs. Massage daily. Wash off in warm shower or bath.
