Take 1 tablespoon of Hibiscus Flowers, in an 18 oz teapot. Boil the water to a temperature of 200° F and leave to brew for 3 minutes, allowing the flavours to develop. Strain the tea into your cup.
Can also be enjoyed as an ice tea. Follow the instructions above and chill overnight in the fridge, adding a squeeze of lemon.
