Wet your toothbrush and apply a small amount of toothpaste.
Brush your teeth thoroughly for about two minutes.
After brushing, spit out the toothpaste but do not rinse your mouth right away.
For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after brushing.
