Take 1 tablespoon of Assam Black Tea + Ginger, in an 18 oz teapot. Boil the water to a temperature of 200° F and leave to brew for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to develop. Strain the tea into your cup. Brew for a longer period of time to let the ginger flavor develop, Add milk for a true chai experience.
