MAPI Order FormOrders shipped to addresses outside the USA and orders shipped to PO Boxes within the USA must use this order form. We cannot process such orders through our regular shopping cart as they will be sent via the US Post Office.
This form must be filled in manually. Items placed into your shopping cart by pressing an "Add to Cart" button will not show up here.

Your order will be encrypted using the Hush Encryption Engine with 2048 bit encryption. This provides the highest level of encryption and safety of your credit card information. Fill in the following form with the items you wish to purchase, your billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. Indicate if you wish to be informed of actual shipping costs before billing your card and read the customs declaration and check the provided checkbox.

Shipping
All shipping is via US Post Office - Airmail Parcel Post Rate Group, which usually takes 10 to 20 days to reach your country and clear customs. From there your local postal system finishes the delivery. We can not ship to France, Germany, Greece and Mexico as those counties do not allow shipments of herbal preparations from a company. (You can mail your order to a friend within the USA who can forward your order as a personal gift. You may use our regular web site for such shipments.) Spain does not allow food items to be imported. MAPI is not responsible for determining if our products can be shipped to your country.
Fed Ex Ground promotional shipping offers are not available to orders shipped outside the USA or to a USA PO Box.
Customs / Duties
Orders shipped to addresses outside the USA may be subject to duty and customs charges. It is your responsibility to check with your customs department prior to purchase for duty taxes, import fees, customs charges or other restrictions. These charges are not included in the amount we will bill your credit card. By submitting this order you agree to either pay these fees, if charged, or to pay for shipping these items back to MAPI in the USA. Thank you!
