Our shopping cart checkout system is one of the most secure in the world. We implement various security measures, including SSL encryption technology, to protect you. You can tell that you are on our secure server by looking in your browser's location bar. The URL will start with https://checkout.netsuite.com/ The "s" after http indicates that you are on a secure server. Browsers also indicate a server is secure by showing a lock symbol. In Internet Explorer this lock symbol is seen in the lower right in the Status Bar. During our checkout process NetSuite, our shopping cart provider, sometimes hides the status bar so you may not see the lock. Please rest assured that your connection to our server is still secure. This can be verified by going to the "View" menu and selecting "Status Bar." This will display the status bar and the lock symbol will appear. If you have set "Privacy" in Internet Explorer to one of the higher settings you must add more than just MAPI.com to your Trusted Sites list so you can place orders. In the top menu of Internet Explorer navigate to: Tools >> Internet Options >> Security sub-tab, then click Trusted sites then the Sites... button. Fill in these web sites one at a time by pressing the Add button. http://www.mapi.com Uncheck the checkbox "Require server verification..." since checkout.netsuite.com is the only secure part of the process (as it is the only part of the site that deals with your personal information). Then click the OK button and few times. Now you can place orders with Mapi.com and maintain the privacy level you need.
