Moisturizing Herbal Tea

For this simple but powerful skin-supporting tea recipe, you'll need some dried herbs:


  • ½ oz. of marshmallow root
  • ½ oz. of Indian sarsaparilla
  • ½ oz. of basil leaves
  • ½ oz. of dried clove
  • ½ oz. of black peppercorn


  1. Boil 2 quarts of water. Add marshmallow root, Indian sarsaparilla, basil, clove and black peppercorn. Sip this water during the day.
