Rose Petal Sauce

Why we love this recipe

This is an exquisite multi-purpose sauce, perfect for your holiday entertaining and everyday needs. The heavenly flavor of the roses needs little enhancement. Use this sauce as a topping for vegetables, cooled as a dessert sauce or gently spread over your favorite protein.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. Organic Rose Petal Spread
  • 4 tablespoons organic ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Pitta Churna
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Melt organic ghee in a saucepan and gently sauté the Organic Pitta Churna over a medium-high heat until the aroma is released from the spices.
  2. Be careful not to over-brown or burn the spice blend.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add Organic Rose Petal Spread.
  4. Stir constantly for five minutes until spices are well blended and the spread is heated.
