Rose Petal Sauce
This is an exquisite multi-purpose sauce, perfect for your holiday entertaining and everyday needs. The heavenly flavor of the roses needs little enhancement. Use this sauce as a topping for vegetables, cooled as a dessert sauce or gently spread over your favorite protein.
- 5 oz. Organic Rose Petal Spread
- 4 tablespoons organic ghee
- 1 tablespoon Organic Pitta Churna
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Melt organic ghee in a saucepan and gently sauté the Organic Pitta Churna over a medium-high heat until the aroma is released from the spices.
- Be careful not to over-brown or burn the spice blend.
- Reduce heat to medium and add Organic Rose Petal Spread.
- Stir constantly for five minutes until spices are well blended and the spread is heated.
