Ginger Gremolata

Gremolata is a flavorful garnish for soups and stews as well as for pasta. Everything should be very finely minced — a whirl in a food processor is a good final step.


  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon finely-grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup (240 ml) minced flat-leaf parsley


  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
