Summer Fruit Salad

This light and sweet salad can be eaten as a dessert, afternoon snack or pancake topping. Use fresh, ripe fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 2 pears
  • ½ pound strawberries
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon ground almonds
  • 2 teaspoons organic sugar
  • Pinch of cardamom

Directions

  1. Peel and cube mango and pears.
  2. Quarter strawberries.
  3. Gently mix all the ingredients.
  4. Let it stand for 10 minutes.
