Roasting Ayurvedic Nuts

Ingredients

  • A handful of almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, macadamia, or Brazil nuts.

Directions

  1. To roast nuts, preheat oven to 350 °F. Lay nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  2. You can also drizzle ghee on the nuts; in that case, lower temperature to 300 °F to avoid burning. Stir often. Add seasoning if desired.
