Slow Cooker Quinoa Kichari


  • ¼ cup split mung dhal or any bean that has been soaked overnight, such as aduki beans or kidney beans
  • ¼ cup quinoa
  • ½ cup chopped vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Vata Churna or Organic Pitta Churna
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 3 cups of hot water
  • Salt to taste


  1. Place contents in slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours, or cook on low for 4 hours.
