Sautéed Swiss Chard
- 1 lb. Swiss chard, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon Organic Vata Churna
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Heat ghee in a frying pan. Sauté the churna very briefly about 40 seconds on a low flame.
- Add the Swiss chard and stir so spices cover it. Add about 2 tablespoons of water and cover the pan.
- Cook for about 10 minutes until chard is tender. Add salt and lemon juice.
