- 1½ cups butternut squash, yams, or sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon raisins (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
- 2 teaspoons crushed cashews
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro leaves
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 teaspoons Organic Vata Churna
- Bake or steam squash. Sauté churna in ghee. Add cashews, brown sugar, and raisins.
- Cube or mash squash and add to mixture. Add salt and cilantro. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice or chapati and mung dhal.
