Mango Lassi


  • ½ cup fresh organic yogurt
  • 1 large organic mango
  • 1½ cups water


  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into a blender. Add enough water to cover the mango and purée until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt and the rest of the water and blend until smooth.
