Top your meal with a small glass of this digestive Lassi.
- ½ cup of organic full-cream yogurt
- 1½ cups of water
- Sea salt to taste
- 2 pinches of dry ginger powder
- 2 pinches of roasted cumin powder
- Take the yogurt and blend with the water, salt, ginger and cumin. Pulse a few times. Pour and enjoy.
Again, remember, avoid too cold or too sour!
